01Overview

Traciva is an AI-native food safety quality management system that brings HACCP, CAPA, audits, supplier assurance, traceability, training, document control, regulatory intelligence and operational evidence into one governed platform.

It is being built as a single global system rather than a set of country products: jurisdiction, regulation, standards, language and operating controls are applied as governed layers over one core, so legislation and guidance can change without rebuilding the product.

The problem

Food safety operations are usually spread across spreadsheets, binders and site-specific habits. Risk becomes visible at audit rather than while it is still correctable, and multi-site groups have no consistent view across markets.

Intended users

Food producers, processors and multi-site food businesses, and the quality and technical teams accountable for them.

02Capabilities

What Traciva does.

01

HACCP and control management

Hazard analysis and control workflows held in the system alongside the evidence that they were performed.

02

CAPA and action governance

Overdue, blocked and unassigned actions surfaced in one command view, with the full lifecycle tracked.

03

Audits and supplier assurance

Internal audits, certification overlays and supplier assurance handled as part of the same record.

04

Traceability and document control

Traceability, controlled documents and training records maintained against sites and products.

05

Versioned regulatory packs

Regulatory obligations mapped as data — jurisdiction, authority, requirement, applicability, control, evidence, workflow — rather than hard-coded into the product.

06

Cross-site governance

One unified view across sites and markets, with local configuration applied as a layer.

03Operational advantages
  • Risk is visible before it becomes an audit finding.
  • Regulation evolves as versioned data, not as a code change.
  • One governance model across sites, markets and languages.
  • Evidence is captured as work is completed.
04User benefits
  • Audit preparation becomes a report rather than a project.
  • Quality teams can see what is actually under control today.
  • Group-level oversight without forcing every site into one local process.
05Technology & differentiation

Regulation modelled as data

Traciva's distinguishing choice is architectural: jurisdiction, authority, requirement, applicability, control, evidence and workflow are modelled as related data, so a new market is a validated regulatory pack rather than a separate build.

  • Layered configuration: jurisdiction, regulatory pack, standards, language, intelligence.
  • Versioned regulatory packs validated per market before release.
  • Evidence captured at the point of resolution, not reconstructed later.
06Current stage

In development, with Ireland as the reference jurisdiction for the regulatory pack validation programme and further markets introduced progressively as each pack is validated. Traciva supports compliance workflows; it is not a certification body and does not guarantee regulatory compliance.
