01The company

An institutional home for verified intelligence.

Prodia Systems Limited is an Irish deep-technology, artificial-intelligence and applied research company, incorporated in Ireland on 6 August 2026 as a private company limited by shares under company number 822962. It develops, holds and governs verifier-based intelligence systems and the associated intellectual property, and is the parent of the Verinex platform and the wider technology portfolio.

1.1Mission

To make advanced intelligence verifiable, governable, and reusable at institutional scale.

Prodia Systems Limited works to make the outputs of advanced software and adaptive systems trustworthy in settings where evidence, control and disclosure are not optional. Its work sits at the intersection of verified computation, autonomous discovery and enterprise-grade software engineering.

The company treats each solved problem as durable capability. Solutions produced under its verifier-governed pipelines are retained as structured research capital that can be reused across related future work — reducing search cost, improving auditability, and compounding institutional advantage over time.

The company is the sole legal owner of its underlying technology and platforms. Verinex — the flagship governed discovery platform, published at verinex.dev — is a product of Prodia Systems Limited and is not a separate legal company.

CipherQuay, published at cipherquay.com, is a distinct Enterprise Machine Authority platform of Prodia Systems Limited, currently in private enterprise preview. It is separate from Verinex and is not a Verinex extension.

1.2bPortfolio

An institutional parent for Verinex, its VERINEX Q research extension, and seven independent long-horizon programmes.

VERINEX Q is the quantum-computing research extension of the Verinex platform, not a separate programme. It is a prospective research direction; no demonstrated quantum capability or result is currently claimed.

Separately, Prodia Systems is developing seven independent early-stage programmes: AXIOMANCE (formal verification of ai-generated software); PROVERION (assurance for proof infrastructure); MUTARYX (governed self-modifying engineering agents); KERNARIS (minimal trusted computing bases); ATTESTYN (proof-carrying ai outputs); HYPOTHARA (verified autonomous science); FORMALISTRA (industrial formal methods tooling). Each is independent of Verinex and of the others, and none is a launched product or commercially available service. See the portfolio programmes.

Working portfolio names; domain and trademark clearance will precede standalone launch.
