The project direction is that a physical-security response should be governed in the same way a consequential digital action is: understood before it is acted on, bounded when it is, and recorded afterwards.
The problem
Site security systems generate large volumes of signal but little understanding. Decisions are made under time pressure with limited context, and the record of why a response happened is often reconstructed after the fact.
Intended users
Organisations responsible for protecting physical sites and the people on them.
What SkyShark does.
Detect
Establishing what is happening on a protected site from available signal.
Understand
Turning that signal into situational awareness rather than an undifferentiated alert stream.
Respond
Governed response, with a human accountable for consequential decisions.
Prevent
Using what was learned to reduce recurrence of the same exposure.

SkyShark is at project-direction stage. Beyond the detect–understand–respond–prevent narrative and the governance stance above, no specific technical capability is asserted here.

Newly established and in development — not an operational security deployment. No drone hardware, weaponised system, autonomous use of force, biometric capability, guaranteed prevention or third-party integration is claimed. The approved SkyShark logo has not yet been imported into this portfolio; a temporary typographic label is used in the meantime.
