AI-native communications cloud
One control plane for every conversation.
Cloudial is an AI-native communications cloud for voice, messaging, agents and real-time conversation intelligence. Its stated position is not a better PBX but a governed communications system in which people, numbers, devices, queues, routing, conversations, AI agents and automation share one identity model, one conversation store, one policy layer and one audit trail.

Its stated position is not a better PBX but a governed communications system in which people, numbers, devices, queues, routing, conversations, AI agents and automation share one identity model, one conversation store, one policy layer and one audit trail.
Voice is the first and deepest medium, built on open SIP foundations with bring-your-own-carrier interoperability, and other channels are designed to share the same underlying model rather than sit beside it.
The problem
Business communications are typically assembled from a PBX, a contact-centre tool, a messaging product and a separate AI layer. Identity, policy and history fragment across them, and AI participants end up outside the governance that applies to staff.
Intended users
Businesses replacing a legacy PBX, contact-centre teams, and service providers operating multi-tenant estates.
What Cloudial does.
Unified voice
Cloud PBX, business calling, numbers, devices, queues, routing, voicemail, recording and conferencing on open SIP foundations.
AI agents with scoped permissions
Reception, accounts, support, appointment and outbound agents, each with their own permissions, knowledge, schedules and escalation rules.
Live and post-call intelligence
Streaming transcription, intent and routing signals during a call; structured summary, outcome and action extraction afterwards.
Dynamic routing and automation
Routing on intent, customer context, prior contacts, queue state and business rules rather than static menus.
Programmable platform
REST API, webhooks, event streams, SIP carrier integration and device provisioning.
Multi-tenant service provider model
Tenant hierarchy, reseller commercials, bring-your-own-carrier and delegated administration.
- One identity, policy and audit model across humans and AI participants.
- Open SIP foundations with carrier portability.
- AI interpretation kept separate from deterministic execution.
- Conversation history is one store, not several.
- Callers reach the right destination with context already attached.
- Teams stop reconciling records across separate communications tools.
- Service providers can operate many tenants under one governance model.
Interpretation separated from execution
Cloudial's governance stance is that AI may interpret a conversation but deterministic components execute the consequence, under role-based access control, tenant isolation, consent policy and an audit trail.
- Single identity model spanning people, devices, numbers and agents.
- Shared conversation store and policy layer across channels.
- Deterministic execution path distinct from model interpretation.
- Open SIP and BYOC carrier interoperability.
In development. Platform reliability and latency figures published on the Cloudial site are stated targets and architectural intent, not measured production service levels, and the full published platform scope should not be read as shipped functionality.
