The problem
Handovers, outstanding work and responsibility can be scattered across communication channels. A message may have been delivered without anyone accepting the work or recording the next action; teams need a clearer view of what remains open and who owns it.

What Clinvela does.
Results-to-action coordination
Planned shared worklists bring investigation and results-related work together with source and version context, a named owner, next action and visible exceptions.
Accountable ownership & accepted handovers
Named owners, authorised delegation and cover, and explicit handover acceptance are designed to distinguish sending a request from transferring responsibility.
Connected communication
Microsoft Teams and browser access are planned. The workspace is designed to distinguish notification submission, acknowledgement, accepted ownership and recorded action; integration depends on each organisation's configuration, permissions and validation.
Clinvela Ledger
A planned traceable history links communication, accepted responsibility, handovers, recorded actions and visible corrections. Supported evidence exports are intended for authorised review, with unauthorised record changes designed to be detectable. A recorded event alone does not prove a real-world clinical action occurred or determine legal liability.
Operational visibility & local governance
Planned views show outstanding and ageing work, handover status, exceptions and delays. Organisation-specific roles, controlled membership and configuration support local governance; source compatibility and reliability need assessment for each organisation.
Planned expansion — beyond initial scope
Subject to permissions and validation: clinical image capture and routing, referrals and specialist advice, configurable workflow insights, governed assistive AI summaries and queries, and multi-site coordination. This is separate from the planned initial release scope.

Clinvela's planned workspace treats communication, acceptance of responsibility and recorded follow-up as different states. The design links each step to its source and history so authorised teams can review what was requested, accepted, corrected and recorded without mistaking a notification for completed clinical work.

In development. The initial release capabilities described here are planned scope, not released functionality or a live clinical deployment. Clinvela is inviting early-access and design-partner discussions with healthcare organisations. Planned expansion is separate and subject to permissions, assessment and validation. Clinvela does not autonomously diagnose, prescribe, close clinical work or suppress alerts; recorded evidence does not itself establish that a clinical action occurred.
